These terms apply to your use of hikariapps.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About this site
Hikari Studio presents its independently published software, web experiences, and studio work. Store listings and linked projects may have separate terms, licenses, privacy notices, prices, and support policies that govern those products.
2. Permitted use
You may browse and link to the public site for lawful, personal, or business-evaluation purposes. You may not interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization, overload the site, introduce malicious code, scrape in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the contact form for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or rights infringement.
3. Intellectual property
The site’s text, branding, illustrations, layout, software, and other original materials are owned by Hikari Studio or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site under these terms. You may not reproduce, sell, adapt, or distribute site materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
4. Your messages
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Hikari Studio limited permission to receive, store, reproduce, and use it only as reasonably needed to handle your request, operate and protect the service, and comply with law. You represent that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit confidential business information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.
5. Third-party services
Links to Microsoft Store, social platforms, Hikari Path, Ctrl Alt Amen, and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of everything on that service.
6. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hikari Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue site content and may revise these terms. Revised terms apply prospectively when posted with a new effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice.
9. Governing rules
Applicable law and courts depend on Hikari Studio’s place of establishment and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Nothing in these terms deprives you of non-waivable protections or access to a regulator or court available under applicable law.
